Each record is matched to the league’s report and labeled with its source. Anything a student adds is labeled as added by the student.

You search and build lists
Filter by state, title and class, save the players you want to follow, and keep notes for your staff.

You reach out from your inbox
Email students from your own inbox through a masked forwarding address. Contact information stays hidden, every message is logged, and linked guardians are copied.

Students reply
Replies come back to your inbox and appear in the program’s conversation log. Students decide what contact details to share, and when.
