The record comes from the league, not the internet

Partner leagues report sanctioned results. Every field on a record shows where it came from, and anything a student adds is labeled as the student’s own.

Search your states

Filter by state, title, graduating class and contact status. Save a search and see new records as leagues report them.

Build lists in minutes

Save players to lists, add notes, and export a list with forwarding addresses for your own mail tool.

Reach out on the record

Email from your own inbox through a masked forwarding address. Replies come back to you, are logged, and linked guardians are copied.

Safety

How contact stays safe

Students are minors. Every message to one is visible, logged and routed so that no one has to trust a stranger.

Forwarding addresses

You email students from your own inbox, using a masked forwarding address. Neither side sees the other’s real address.

Every message logged

Replies reach your inbox and every message lands in the program’s conversation log, which your program’s staff see in Conversations.

Guardians copied

When a student links a parent or guardian, that guardian is copied on the conversation. Nothing is hidden from anyone.

Contact info stays hidden

You see a first name, an in-game name and a record ID. Last names, phone numbers and personal emails stay private unless the student shares them.
